Together with the empty box, you will receive the stickers and freight documents with carbon copies. Please only order XXL boxes if you live between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, and Pforzheim, including 20 km to the left and right of this area. A heavy box is more prone to damage, so we recommend not loading the box with more than 70 kg. Boxes heavier than this cannot be insured.
For all other regions outside of our service area within Germany, we can only provide service via DHL. You can have XXL or half boxes picked up by DHL, with each box weighing up to 31.5 kg, from Monday to Saturday. DHL shipping costs to the Philippines are already included in our freight prices, and you will receive a return label from us.
Please pay for the empty boxes at the end of the ordering process.
