We pick up XXL or half boxes every working day up to 31.5 kg We reccoment to limit your box weight to 31.5kg for safer handling and protection of the health of any worker here or in the Philippines.

 

Wir holen XXL und halbe Boxen bis 31.5kg an jedem Werktag ab ohne extra Kosten. Schwerere Boxen von 32 bis 70kg holen wir mit dem eigenen Fahrer ohne Zusatzkosten ab Haustür ab, allerdings nur in der Region zwischen Frankfurt und Stuttgart. Wenn Sie in anderen Regionen leben können Sie die XXL oder halben Boxen bis 31.5kg verschicken, für schwerere Pakete nehmen Sie bitte 2 halbe.

Bitte beachten Sie dass in Kürze eine Gesetzesänderung in Kraft tritt die das Abholen von schweren Boxen nur noch auf Palette erlaubt. Wir empfehlen daher Ihre Pakete nicht schwerer als 31.5kg zu machen, dies dient dem Schutz der Arbeiter hier und auch auf den Philippinen und bietet auch Ihren Waren einen viel sichereren Transport.

 Special sized up to 96 Liters are priced as halb box. Between 96 Liters and 186 Liters prices are calculated 77 Cents per Liter and if price is higher then a XXL box we charge only the XXL box. For boxes bigger then 186 Liters we calculate by volume 77 Cents / Liter

Special sizes: 0.77 € / Liter to all regions

Extra charge for oversize XXL standard boxes 30 Eur.

Replacement for lost items Entschädigung für verlorene Gegenstände

Up to 200 EUR for lost box or missing items included in freight price. You can add 10 EUR for another 200 EUR replacement amount.

Special sizes 1 EUR each liter replacement amount when lost.

 200 EUR Entschädigung für eine verloren gegangene XXL Box oder fehlende Waren bereits im Frachtpreis enthalten. Für je 10 EUR weitere 200 EUR Ersatzleistung.

Sondermaße je 1 EUR pro Liter Ersatzleistung bei Verlust.
