Explanation how to send balikbayan boxes starting August 1,2017 (According to the new regulations of the "BUREAU OF CUSTOMS" of the Philippines)

 

  1. Use your existing box or a box of any competitor or order a new empty box with all papers included by phone 06266 9699 000
    If you use own boxes please download the form "information sheet" and "agreement" from our website.

  2. Fill the Information Sheet :
    CASE 1
    Sender is Filipino/Filipina living abroad
    Receiver is relatives of the sender
    Sender can send up to 150.000 Peso worth of goods per year. For new goods like TV a copy of the receipt must be attached. No commercial quantities allowed. (5 gadgets/20 consumeable items allowed of same product)

    Please attach a copy of senders passport to an envelope on the side of the box for customs to verify senders identity.
    You can send unlimited numbers of boxes but the maximum value of 150.000 Peso must not be exceeded. You can get avail of this privillege 3 times a year. Please check on page 1 how many times you made use of this privillege in the current year.

    CASE 2
    Sender is German citizen or sender has no privillege for this year anymore:
    Can send one box with maximum value of 10.000 Peso with no extra custom fees inside every container. Sender can be any citizenship.

  3. Fill the Agreement (you dont need to write the contents of the box again , just write "see information sheet" .

  4. Close the box properly, be sure the box is closing at the top. Oversized boxes will be charged on volume price based. Place the address stickers left and right on the box properly filled with sender and receiver. Place fragile stickers.

  5. Call to our office to reserve a space in your desired container and schedule a pickup date

  6. We will call you one day before pickup to announce the time when the driver will come.

  7. Give the papers "agreement" and "information sheet" to our driver. Each box needs one agreement and one information sheet. Be sure to number the box and also the information sheet so it will be clear where it belongs.
    Pay cash or pay by bank transfer (wait the invoice to be sent by email) We offer bank transfer only to clients who can receive invoice by email).
